Reservations can be made through the ACT HOTEL Online Reservations website. Reservations are complete when the reservation details are displayed on the user’s screen. Details of the reservation are notified by email once the reservation is complete.

Depends on the hotel stay plan offered on the online reservation website.

Pay in advance with a credit card: Payment is made with a credit card upon completion of the reservation.
Pay on-site: Pay in cash or with a credit card at the front desk.

The day of the stay.

1 day prior to the day of stay: 20% of the accommodation charges
On the day of the stay: 80% of the accommodation charges
No show without notice: 100% of the accommodation charges

Refunds will not be made after the stay period.
